English teachers Job Description:
-
Keeping your students engaged with fun and exciting lessons
-
Introducing the curriculum outlined in your weekly or monthly syllabus
-
Marking the homework, you assign
-
Marking tests and quizzes that you give to your homeroom classes
-
Assessing your student’s English abilities and completing the monthly or bi-monthly report cards
-
Providing your manager or supervising teacher with student development reports
-
Attend weekly or bi-weekly staff meetings
-
Substituting for your co-workers when they are ill and cannot work
-
Phone teaching with your homeroom class
Requirements of an English Tutor:

Native English Speaker
-
4-year university degree (at least bachelor’s degree in any field)
-
TEFL certification
-
Teaching Experience (preferred)

Must be a native speaker of English
Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered
A Newly Qualified Teachers program is provided
Prefer candidates with international experience
Open University qualification(s) are accepted
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have international education experience international educational institute before are accepted
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 14,000 up to 14,000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month
based on experience and qualification,
15-20% Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4,000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Flights:
Flight Ticket Reimbursed CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)
