English Teacher Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or ideally a B.Ed in English

PGCE with QTS in English or Valid Teaching license in English

Minimum experience of 2 years

Western-trained

EXCELLENT command of written and spoken English
English Teacher Job Description:

To plan deliver outstanding lesson of English to secondary students
-
To create highly engaging lesson materials
-
To complete the relevant documentation to assist in the tracking of students
-
Set expectations for staff and students in relation to standards of achievement and the quality of learning & teaching

Priorities and manage time effectively, ensuring continued professional development in line with the role

Follow the school policies and procedures
-
Ensure the effective/efficient deployment of classroom support
-
Maintain discipline in accordance with the school procedures
English Teacher Job Package:
-
Salary of 25,000 RMB per month (15-20% Tax)

Housing allowance of 4,000 RMB
-
Flight allowance of 10,000 RMB per annum

Visa Included

Bonus pay at the end of the contract

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered
A Newly Qualified Teachers program is provided
Prefer candidates with international experience
Open University qualification(s) are accepted
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have international education experience international educational institute before are accepted
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 25,000 up to 25,000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month
based on experience and qualification,
15-20% Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4,000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Flights:
Flight Ticket Reimbursed CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)
Allowance is provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:

2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
