Qingdao is a beach town with a relaxed atmosphere. It hosted the sailing events of the China 2008 Olympics and therefore has a large marina. The town is crammed full of coffee shops, restaurants and small bars along with lots of shopping areas, including a very cheap and lively night market. The city is divided into two parts, the old and new; the old has lots of interesting buildings of German architecture as well as some churches..
ESL Teacher Package:

The teaching team here is very close and most weekends everyone meets up to spend the day at the beach, climb the local mountains or have a picnic in Zhongshan Park, which also has a sizable zoo.
ESL Teacher Requirements:

Applicants must be citizens from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa to meet China’s visa regulations.
The city has some of China’s most unique international architecture, thanks to Germany’s occupation of the city during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
ESL Teacher Responsibilities:

Teaching English to kids in China aged 3 – 18 in groups of up to 16 students

Planning and delivering lessons to children

Using electronic media and EF-developed courseware to teach English efficiently and effectively

Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents

Assigning and evaluating out of class exercises

Participating in social activities with students organized by your school to encourage oral English proficiency

Must be a native speaker of English
Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered
A Newly Qualified Teachers program is provided
Prefer candidates with international experience
Open University qualification(s) are accepted
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have international education experience international educational institute before are accepted
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 16,400 up to 16,400
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month
based on experience and qualification,
15-20% Tax is applied
