Job Description of an ESL Teacher:
-
Weekly working hours are 33 hours
-
Teach classes of 20-45 students
-
Meeting and greeting students and parents
-
Updating parents of their student’s progress
-
Prepare teaching materials during set prep time as noted by the English Department and create original teaching materials each month to match the existing English Curriculum.
Xuzhou is a mix of new and old, between modern and traditional. You will find major shopping malls side by side with street vendors, modern apartment buildings and traditional Chinese households. Outside your apartment building, you will find small shops, a variety of restaurants, retired Chinese watching their grandchildren or playing majiang, and in the evening there is dancing in the squares.
English Teachers Requirements:

4-year university degree (at least bachelor’s degree in any field)

Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 14,000 up to 15,000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month
based on experience and qualification,
15-20% Tax is applied
