Description of a Homeroom tutor:

Be available and approachable, setting tones of friendship

Encourage students to feel “important” and to be moral persons

Develop a sense of community in the Homeroom

Monitor behavior, advise and encourage observance of School Code

Be knowledgeable of pupil service programs offered by the school
Package for a Homeroom Teacher:

Salary between 20,000 - 28,000 RMB

Grade 2 Teachers Requirements:

Bachelors degree

Open University qualification(s) are accepted
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have international education experience international educational institute before are accepted
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 20,000 up to 28,000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month
based on experience and qualification,
15-20% Tax is applied
