The successful candidate is expected to teach French at the Preparatory school.

My client is a boarding school known as one of the most established British International school in Kenya. It secured its international school status in 1972, when it became a member of IAPS joining a conglomerate of British Curriculum schools across the world.

The school offers both the IGCSE and A level at the secondary school but also follows the choice of syllabus in the majority of subject areas.

A valuable boarding resource is offered to children in Prep and Secondary to complement our learning environment and cater for those families who live further afield or juggle work travel with family life.

Requirements to apply:
- Bachelor of Education or relevant teaching qualification ( PGCE with QTS)
- Minimum of three years of stable experience
- Strong experience in the UK curriculum
- Experience in preparing students for the Common Core entrance exam
-International experience is preferred
-Experience of teaching the specific subject in secondary school including IGCSE
- Ability to teach another subject - Physical Education or Geography would be a plus.
-Excellent oral and written communication and influencing skills
-Ability to adapt to a different culture

Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted
