The school is currently looking for a Secondary School Dean of Students to join their strong team. The ideal candidate should have the following:
**Min of 3 years experience as a successful Secondary teacher
**Strong organisational skills and ability to keep detailed records
**Successful management and supervisory skill training and experience
**Foster constructive adolescent behaviour in support of well being and academic achievement
**Interact supportively with knowledge of adolescent behaviour issues and psychology
**Act in line with knowledge of and concern for issues facing our local student and parent community

Duties and responsibilities:
**Oversee faculty coverage and faculty absence requests
**Lead and Coordinate Clubs and Activity Program
**Stay up to date on best practices at leading international schools regarding student well being
**Oversee student discipline, PowerSchool grades, grade books and attendance, intervening when necessary
**Facilitate Parent/Student/Teacher/Advisor/Counselor/Admin communication and meetings regarding student academics, conduct, attendance and well being
**Document interactions regarding student academics, conduct and attendance, including parent meetings
**Lead faculty supervision of campus
**Other duties as assigned by the Principal
