I am seeking for a fun, passionate and outgoing teacher to teach exceptionally well-behaved kids in China!!!
One can find both tradition and modernity in this relaxed beach-side city located in the northeast of the friendly Shandong province. Yantai is bordered by both the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea, across from South Korea and Japan. With its downtown positioned between the sea and mountains and close proximity to other countries, teachers enjoy Yantai for swimming at the beach, hiking mountain trails, wine-tasting, shopping or taking ferries to other countries.
Job Description:

Utilize learning spaces and tools effectively (i.e., notice boards, displays). Attend academic, departmental, and school meetings when required, and attend/deliver professional development sessions as directed.

Satisfy extracurricular commitments as defined annually.

Supervise and accompany students on excursions, as appropriate, ensuring their safety and welfare at all times.

Encourage students to participate in all sports and social activities.

Adhere to standards and procedures detailed in the Staff Handbook.

Address and respond to student issues/emergencies as needed.

Be aware of your responsibility to promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons you are responsible for/come into contact with during your employment and be fully aware of the School Safeguarding Policy.

Participate in evaluation process consistent with defined parameters.

Requirements:

Open University qualification(s) are accepted
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have international education experience international educational institute before are accepted
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 16,400 up to 16,400
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month
based on experience and qualification,
15-20% Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4,000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Flights:
8,000 CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)
Allowance is provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:

Contract Length:
1 year contract renewable on mutual agreement
