ESL Teacher Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

A TEFL Certification

The ability to obtain a clear background check

English Teachers Job Description:

Teach a full course load, serve as an advisor, and satisfy extracurricular (activity/athletic) responsibilities as defined by the administration.

Plan, prepare and teach well-developed lessons which enthuse and inspire students and promote the enjoyment of learning.

Effectively and appropriately differentiate instruction to meet all students’ learning styles with an appreciation for students’ learning differences.

Select and sequence appropriate materials, resources, and approaches according to the course/content area and audience of learners.

Assess, track, and provide relevant and timely feedback on achievement (performance and growth) and developmental needs to students, academic, and other managers/colleagues.

A Newly Qualified Teachers program is provided
Prefer candidates with international experience
Open University qualification(s) are accepted
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have international education experience international educational institute before are accepted
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 16,400 up to 16,400
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month
based on experience and qualification,
15-20% Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4,000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Flights:
8,000 CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)
Allowance is provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:
Emergency evacuation given
Contract Length:
1 year contract renewable on mutual agreement
