I am looking to recruit a strong and enthusiastic Design and Technology teacher specialised in Resistant Materials to join
This fully accredited school delivers the National Curriculum of England and Wales and welcomes 80 students and is insisting on the promotion of cultural diversity and internationalism. The successful candidate will join the school next academic year.

Requirements to apply:
**Bachelor's degree in Education in a relevant subject
**A full teaching qualification e.g. PGCE in Design and Technology
**Stable experience in teaching Resistant Materials
**At least 3 years relevant teaching experience
**Ability to teach KS2 students
**Use of ICT in the classroom
Be aligned with the values of diversity, passion, identity and understanding
Possess excellent communication skills and be willing to adapt to the demands of an international school, in particular, he/she should be able to communicate effectively in English
Have a high level of understanding of current research as to how children learn and possess the ability to motivate students to perform at their best through differentiated instruction, and by using a variety of styles, be able to inspire mixed culture and ability by creating challenging and engaging learning opportunities for all students.
Be able to support student needs in learning and pastoral matters
Be aware of the principles of Understanding by Design and Assessment for Learning
Liaise with the team and the curriculum leaders to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum to specified classes, including selecting resources and managing them efficiently in the classroom
Participate in the design, development, implementation and review of assessment and reporting systems
