Description

Principals needed for various schools in China starting August 2018!
 
SeekTeachers is currently looking for several principals to join our client's team in China for the next academic year. The main duties of these roles is to shape and drives its success and responsible to effectively manage the schools' people, processes and all aspects of the school. 
 
Requirements to apply: 
- Bachelor degree and above in Education 
- NPQH, principal license or equivalent 
- Min of 5 years experience as a School Principal 
- Proven leadership and managerial experience in a high performing school
- Educational Management experience in International schools is desirable 
- Excellent administration, organisational and resource management skills and value the importance of personal qualities, moral codes of behaviour, honesty, integrity, personal philosophy and self belief 
- International Leadership experience is desirable 
 
The salary will be competitive and will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. The Principal package includes:

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
7 Years

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualification, 15-25% Tax is applied
