Requirement
**Native English speaker.
**Bachelor degree in ESL, English, Teaching, Educating or related major.
**Ideal candidate will have teaching experience but not required.
**TEFL,TESOL,CELTA optional but encouraged.
**Excellent verbal communication skill and high-level flexibility.
**Good organisation Skills.
**Dedicated, respectful, loyal, creative, enthusiastic and Professional.
**Must be good health
**No criminal record
**Eligible candidates are required to do a 5 minutes demo teaching video or self-introduction.
I need fluent English speakers to teach English speaking skills to Chinese Student located in different cities in China. Your classes which will last no more than 45 minutes will have no more than 40 students per room. English class schedules are normally from Monday to Friday, 18-20 hrs per week, no more than 24 hrs weekly. the schools will provide free housing with separated room and full facilities including electricity, 24hrs hot water, internet wifi, washing machine gas etc. Also supplied with free meals fro Monday to Fridays in the school cafeteria.
Responsibilities
**create learning spaces that support and enhance curriculum activities.
**Teach lessons in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
** meet physical and emotional needs of each child unique learning style
**keep classroom supplies, daily records and child information organised.
**learn to use the technology and systems needed for your job and be willing to learn new programs, application, system, or devices things change.
**Complete student assessments using classroom observations.
**Actively participate in parent conference with lead teacher or Center Director
**Must be able to adapt to continuously changing, fast-paced environment and make students needs, your primary focus.
**Must be able to anticipate classroom needs and follow through without direct supervision or prompting.
