Early Years Teacher Requirements:
**Bachelor's Degree
**Teaching qualification in Primary
**CELTA / Cert TESOL (or recognized Level 5 equivalent) with Young Learners Extension
**PGCE with Primary or Early Years' experience
**Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English in the Early Years
**IELTS 7.5 Academic for non-native English speakers
Salary Package:
**A TAX-FREE salary of 21,000 AED per month
**FREE visa for the teacher
**FREE medical cover for teacher, spouse and up to 3 children aged up to 18 years of age
**FREE flights cover for teacher, spouse and up to 3 children aged up to 18 years of age to and from your home country (on entry and exit only)

Some tips about the UEA.

7. The UAE is extremely rich in oil and the majority of its economy is based around exporting oil and gas.
