Early Years Teacher Requirements:
**Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
**CELTA / Cert TESOL (or recognized Level 5 equivalent) with Young Learners Extension
**PGCE with Primary or Early Years' experience
**Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English in the Early Years
**IELTS 7.5 Academic for non-native English speakers
Salary Package:
**A TAX-FREE salary of 21,000 AED per month

Job Description:
**Plan and carry out a curriculum that targets different areas of child development, such as language, motor, and social skills
**Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play
**Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition
**Read books to entry classes or to small groups
**Evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical-health
**Meet with parents to discuss their children’s progress
