Early Years teaching job in Germany | January start | Short term position 
 
I am looking for a strong and qualified teachers of Early Years with ability to  join this prestigious school in August 2017. 
 
This fully accredited school delivers the International Baccalaureate from Early Years up to Secondary Education. The successful candidate will join the school next academic year and commit for a contract until July 2018. 

The contract lenght can be extended to two years.
 
The school is part of a reputable international education group of British school and is looking for OUTSTANDING teachers to join them in August 2017. 
 
Salary Package
**Attractive salary of around 39,000 to 54,000 euros per annum  
**FREE Settling in assistance 
**Relocation allowance of 1,500 euros  
**FREE Tuition fees
 
Requirements to apply:
**Bachelor's degree in science or a science related subject
**A full teaching qualification e.g. PGCE in Early Years
**At least 3 years relevant teaching experience
**Strong experience in teaching the UK curriculum 
 
Early Years Job duties:
Be aligned with the values of diversity, passion, identity and understanding
Possess excellent communication skills and be willing to adapt to the demands of an international school.
Have a high level of understanding of current research as to how children learn and possess the ability to motivate students to perform at their best
Through differentiated instruction, and by using a variety of styles, be able to inspire mixed culture and ability
Classes, by creating challenging and engaging learning opportunities for all students
Be able to support student needs in learning and pastoral matters
Be aware of the principles of Understanding by Design and Assessment for learning 
Liaise with the team and the curriculum leaders to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum tospecified classes, including selecting resources and managing them efficiently in the classroom
Participate in the design, development, implementation and review of assessment and reporting systems

Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted
