My client is URGENTLY seeking for a residence hall teacher to join their strong team this Aug/Sept. The position is based in the suburb of Shanghai and ideal candidate should have the following:
- Bachelor degree in English related subject
- Teaching qualification
- Min of 2 years teaching experience, ideally in Asia
- Native English speaker
- Flexible to adapt into new culture
- Bilingual speaker is desirable but not essential
Job descriptions:
- To teach conversational English lessons to group of students
- To take care of the students' daily living with the assistance of a domestic helper
- To provide a warm environment for the students
- To establish positive relationship with students
- To plan a daily schedule and guide the students to follow it
- To lead or contribute school events and activities
- To work as part of a team of teachers to solve problems and accomplish goals
- To attend Residence Hall staff meetings
