Requirements:
BA Degree with QTS or a B.Ed in English/English litterature
Minimum of two years experience in teaching
Stable experience in a classroom setting
Teaching strategies up to date with the UK system
Flexibility to adapt to a different culture ]
Salary Package:

Contract length is two years renewable on mutual agreement
As an English teacher, you will need to:
**Advising student on career issues.
**Organising and delivering classroom lectures to students.
**Evaluating a students' class work and assignments.
**Preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
**Recording and maintain accurate student attendance records and grades.
**Classroom management.
**Developing English lesson plans in line with the National Curriculum.
**Maintaining discipline in the classroom.
**Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere.
You will have the opportunity to teach in one of the BEST International schools in Nairobi, welcoming around 700 students per year coming from different social backgrounds which makes it pleasant to teach at the school.
