School Secretary needed in Qatar | TAX FREE salary with benefits
 
Our client is a leading school following an American Curriculum in the expanding country of Qatar. The school is a prestigious school with a small but growing number of students.  SeekTeachers is seeking an experienced and qualified Secretary to join its team in August 2014.
 
To apply for this job we are looking for someone who meets the following:
**Have a degree
**Have at least 2 years’ experience of working in a similar setting
**Be bilingual to speak Arabic and English
**Ideally western trained
 
The school prefers to take someone who is locally based due to the nature of this role.  
 
Job Description:
**Be able to take calls and converse in Arabic and English
**Take minutes of meetings
**Speak with parents of students when needed
**Maintain a filing system
**Be competent in using ICT systems to get organised systems and structures in place
**Drafting letters and other documents
**Photocopying and printing
**Answering phone queries
**Prepare travel plans or assist in the planning and organisation of schools trips
**Be competent in using MS office including: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel

Remuneration Package

A salary up to 7000  QAR (Qatar Riyal) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE

Gratuity Amount:
Gratuity Amount of end of service BONUS given as per Qatar labour law is provided
Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
