Foreign Staff Relationship and Recruitment Supervisor | Job in China | Competitive salary package
This is a great opportunity for candidate who is looking for an education job in the Fareast. The position is permanent and will be based in Beijing, China.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews for potential foreign staff
- Prepare contracts for new foreign staff (includes drafting, approval, release)
- Coordinate and Facilitate contract singing and contract renewals
- Established new recruitment channels
- Communicate with existing contracted recruitment against to update on current vacancies
- Coordinate probation evaluation of new foreign staff
- Coordinate salary/benefit change after completion of probation
- Keep all foreign staff well informed of policy changes
- Respond to incoming HR related inquiries from foreign teachers and staff
- Facilitate communication between foreign teachers and other staff/departments
Salary package:
- Salary starting from 15,000RMB based on experience
