On behalf of my client we are seeking a secondary Head of Secondary to deliver quality learning, management and teaching with great leadership skills and the ability to influence. You will be working with variety of students and teachers from all over the world delivering a great teaching experience to the highest standards.

Pay package and benefits:
##Up to 16000 QAR per month
##Education fee paid for one child
##2 year contract
##Gratuity given after the first year as per Qatari law
##Baggage allowance up to 1000 QAR
##Up to 8500 QAR housing allowance per month

Essential Criteria:
##Good and proven teaching record + Managerial record
##Must be a native English speaker
##Must be qualified from a western country and fully qualified
##A minimum of 5 years teaching experience is essential
##BA/B.Ed/B.Sc
##PGCE/QTS
Head of Secondary Job Description: 
##Able to create a motivating, learning environment and programmes of work
##Must have experience working with different chemicals and the ability to perform
##Provide exam technique and exam paper practice
##Fantastic organizational skills with the ability to manage students effectively
##Able to engage and build good rapport with all students
##Considerate, helpful and approachable
##Proven record of managing a department
##Proven record of running successful teams
