Female MYP Chemistry Physics Teacher needed in Abu Dhabi | Accredited School | TAX FREE salary with excellent benefits

Salary Package:
**Up to 14,800AED per month TAX FREE
**FREE fully furnished accommodation which is located fairly centrally with many facilities close by

**FREE baggage allowance up to 1800 AED, claimable on actual receipt

The school follows an enquiry based learning model with the foundation based on the Common Core Standards. A few years ago the school went under new management and they have worked hard to implement the IB model in the school. It is fast working towards this but requires a STRONG Female IB Chemistry or IB Physics Teacher to help the school in achieving this status. This will also help your CV as you will be part of a team of teachers helping the school become IB Accredited.
 
Requirements:
**A degree in Physics or Chemistry
**A teaching qualification (USA or Canadian teaching License)
**At least 2 years teaching experience to meet the ADEC requirement
**Be a native speaker of English
**Be strong in using ICT in the classroom
**Have up to date knowledge of modern teaching practice
 
Job Description:
**Plan lesson as per the IB MYP curriculum along with other Science Teachers in the department
**Have good working knowledge of IB Learner Profiles
**Be a good team player and have the ability to work on your own also
**Have excellent classroom management skills
**Be proactive and promote the teaching and learning of Chemistry and Physics through wall displays and presentations
**Promote cross curricular activities by speaking to teachers in Science Department
**Report to the Head of Science
**Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings
**Be a great role model for Science
**Ensure you are carrying out formative and summative assessment
**Differentiate your teaching style to meet the needs of your students
**Take part in after school Science clubs and events
**Be able to meet strict deadlines as per the schools assessment policy

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 12000 up to 14800   AED (UAE Dirham) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
