Head of Creative Curriculum job in Qatar | 21,000QR p/m plus benefits | Prestigious opportunity
SeekTeachers is seeking for Head of Curriculum who is extremely strong in having hands on experience with the UK Creative Curriculum. If you are looking at this role you MUST be able to speak English and Arabic. We are looking for an experienced Head of Curriculum that meets the following criteria:
**MUST have a degree in Early Childhood
**Ideally a Masters in Early Childhood or equivalent with EYPS or QTS
**At least 5 years of teaching the UK EYFS/Creative Curriculum
**MUST be able to speak English and Arabic
**MUST be western trained
**Experience of training teachers is preferred
You will be working closely with a Qatari Academic Coordinator who is Arabic speaking. It is important to know your role will require to pass your knowledge on to the Academic Coordinator who will then eventually take lead to coach and train further Qatari teachers.
For the right candidate the salary package is as follows:
**Up to 21,000 QR per month TAX FREE
**Accommodation allowance of 4000QR per month
**FREE flights for the teacher and
**FREE Visa and residency cover
**FREE medical cover
**FREE tuition for up to 2 children or 20,000 QR towards children education
**Furniture allowance if the accommodation allowance is unfurnished 20,000 QR for single candidates and 40,000QR for families as a onetime payment
**Gratuity as per Qatar labour law
**A 1 year contract that is renewable.
You will be expected to draft, review and adapt the curriculum as per the needs of the students. Work closely with the Coordinator to show how you need to conduct a suitable framework, carry out staff observations, provide feedback, deliver model lessons and show the best way to get the best from the UK Creative Curriculum. The nursery will be a flagship set up and one of a kind in Qatar that should later be cloned to build a brand of these elite nurseries. We are looking for experienced individuals with a stable career record and are able to provide evidence that they have raised attainment. It is a very exciting project to be involved in as Qatar moves to fast development.

The nursery will be purpose built to serve the student population. It will be set up so that parents will be engaged with their children's learning.

This role is only open to Females due to the culture of the country and the nursery and will be a 1 year contract with the scope of possibly transition to doing the same job but in another nursery setup
