Our client is fast developing its brand of nurseries. This group is already one of the best in the region and is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager with a proven track record to join this team ASAP. The existing Manager is moving on due to personal reasons hence why this post is vacant. Candidate will be interviewed in person, if you are in Dubai or over Skype if you are overseas.
Requirements to apply:
**Degree in early childhood or
**A degree in with PGCE in early childhood with QTS or EYPS status
**An M.Ed in Early Childhood
**At least 3 years solid management experience in a similar setting
**Must be a native speaker of English
**Experience of taking a nursery through accreditation is beneficial
**Must have up to date knowledge of the UK EYFS curriculum
We are looking for Nursery Centre Managers that have a stable career path, with little movement on their CV and can show evidence that they have raised performance of a nursery. Ideally if you have work in a setting with 100 students plus and have got experience of working in the Middle East this will be most beneficial. We are looking for a manager that is both experienced in curriculum as well as the business day to day operations of a Nursery Manager. This is an EXCELLENT opportunity if you want to develop your career as further bonuses will be given based on successfully achieving your KPI's
Salary Package
**Up to 21,000 AED per month TAX FREE plus bonus on achieving KPI's

Centre Director Job Description
**Be able to lead and carry out the day to day operations of a Nursery
**Report to the Managing Director
**Be responsible for the student and staff data
**Be responsible for timetabling and management nursery budget
**Overview and develop the policies and procedures of the nursery
***Actively take part in the recruitment and retention of the nursery
**Be able to carry out staff INSET's when needed
**Review stock levels and replenish when stock levels are low
**Be able to meet and greet parents to discuss about their child’s progress
**Be able to do Nursery Tours
**Carry out staff induction
**Work closely with Nursery Coordinators or Team Leaders in reviewing areas for development in the nursery
**Carry out online and offline marketing to promote the nursery
**Promote the ethos of the nursery
**Carry out staff observations and give them feedback on how to further improve
**Ensure a consistent, high quality of teaching and learning is taking place in the nursery
**Oversee health and safety standards in the nursery
**Be able to promote and eco-friendly approach throughout as per the nursery vision
