Our client is a bilingual nursery located in the centre of Abu Dhabi that offers a unique lessons in French and English to its children from aged 2 months to 4 year old. The nursery is currently recruiting for EYFS teachers to either commence in August 2014. Requirements:
- CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Childcare or higher
- Minimum of 1 year teaching experience
- Must be EYFS trained
- Must be English native speaker
- International teaching experience is beneficial
The nursery in located in an affluent residential area with modern campus. The campus has 3 floors with approximately 10 classrooms. All the classrooms are air-conditioned, bright with colourful decorations. The school also has a large outdoor and indoor playing area, canteen, music room, medical room and sleeping area.
Job descriptions:
* Responsible for planning and implementing program to teach young children
* Ensure equipment and facilities are clean, safe and well maintained
* Develop weekly and monthly schedules of activities
* Establish policies and procedures including acceptable disciplinary policies
* Be familiar with emergency procedures
* Observe children and make note of progress
* Ensure children are supervised at all times
* Keep parents informed of program expectations, program activities and their child's progress
