Our prestigious client in China is seeking an experienced and professional Montessori teacher with AMS or AMI certificate to join their fun and successful team. This is a permanent position based in Beijing with competitive package.
This Montessori school offers care for students aged 1 to 5 years old. There are 100 students in the school and majority of them are from local Chinese students, only less than 5% are expatriate students. There are also 15 staff in the school and all of them are western Montessori trained and passionate in teaching.
The campus is modern and located very close to the city centre. The facilities are highly equipped include climate controlled classrooms, music room, art & craft room, dance room, library, science room, computer room, soft toy playroom, indoor and outdoor playground.
Job specifications:
*Ensure the Montessori philosophy is followed and improves the quality at all times
*Maintain day to day classroom discipline
*Planning, preparing and delivering lessons in Montessori ethos
*Monitoring, assessing and recording students’ learning progress and physical development
*Supervise and assist students inside and outside the school
*Create and design teaching materials
*Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and safe for children
*Encourage students and build their esteem
*Good communication with parents and ensure they aware of their child’s progress and development
*Participate in school and parents’ meeting
