The schools requirements are listed below so if you meet this you could be in with a high chance of securing a teaching positions for September 2014:
NQT’s are accepted but most schools prefer a minimum of 2 years teaching experience
Bachelors in primary Education
Good references and track record of teaching
Understanding of the Arabic culture
Must be enthusiastic and outgoing
 
SeekTeachers are helping a number of schools that deliver both the English and American curriculum secure ideal primary teachers. Most schools have a good reputation in Dubai already but we do work with a few new opening schools.
 
Teaching Duties include:
**You should ensure that the setting of your classroom is relevant to the lessons being taught
**You should ensure that you have good relationship with all children and parents to build trust
**Allow the students to become part of the lesson engaging them and keep them motivated
**Continuously set homework and coursework to assess the development made by each individual
**Always remain professional and provide the children with a strong role model
**Asses each student and provide them with feedback on their performance
