The international school follows the UK National curriculum and caters for students from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4. There are over 1000 students enrolled in the school at present and is expected to have an increase of 100 students by the next academic year due to its good academic reputation. 95% of the students come from local families with the remaining 5% being the expatriates.
As a humanities teacher, you are expect to plan, prepare and deliver lessons in accordance to curriculum as agreed by the school. You will be responsible for the teaching materials preparation and ensure the curriculum is up to date from time to time. You are expect to work with students with various abilities and provide a classrooms that meets the needs of students. Strong communication skills is essential in order to establish a good relationship with the students, parents and colleagues. Other duties include setting and marking coursework/exams, participate in school activities and meetings.
