Job Description:
**You will need to ensure you have a positive attitude towards the students at all times providing them with a good role model
**You should always be assessing your students to see the development being made throughout the year
**Build up rapport with all of you students and their parents
**Able to communicate well with your work colleagues to better the students education
**You should be able to differentiate the students’ abilities within the classroom and set work accordingly
**You should motivate your students to want to learn and make them enjoy your lesson
**Ensure that all students are paying attention in the classroom and engaging with other students
