The whole school has over 400 students from aged 14 to 18 with a large modern campus and world-class facilities.
Job description:
*Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to students according to school policy, curriculum and examination syllabus regulations
*Monitor, assess and record students’ learning development, progress and attainment
*Coordinate and prepare of all test and marking schemes
*Set clear targets for students and raise the academic achievement
*Provide guidance and supervise students in all activities within classroom and laboratory
*Review and ensure curriculum is up to date
*Maintain good order and discipline amongst students in accordance with school’s behaviour policy
*Participate in parents meetings and ensure they aware their children’s learning progress and development
*Attend staff meetings on regular basis
The successful candidates MUST have a Bachelor degree in Chemistry with a teaching qualification (PGCE or Teaching Certificate), minimum 3 years of teaching experience, cultural awareness is preferred, experience of teaching students whose English is not their first language, excellent communication skills and time management, adapt to new environment easily, perform well under pressure, excellent team player as well as working individually.
