Information on Bahrain
Bahrain is very relaxed compared to most other countries in the Middle East. Bahrain is very laid back in terms of the rights for women and dress code ect. If you enjoy the Arabic culture and like relaxing on a beach in 30/40 degree weather then this is perfect for you. Bahrain law is that all working people pay only 1% tax which is a huge attraction for overseas people to work in the country. The school has around 1000 students in total with around 200 staff members. Each classroom should include of around 30 students. The students attending the school are from various backgrounds and plenty of nationalities.
 
The school was established around 20 years ago by the Bahrain government to increase the education standards for local students. The look very traditional from the outside and when you walk in it is much modernised. All the decoration in the school is to ensure then students stay motivated and continue to push to achieve.

Responsibilities as a teacher:
**Adapt well into new surroundings and cultures
**Able to give feedback to the parents of the pupils on where you feel the child could improve
**Able to differentiate in your classroom and set work accordingly
**Able to set class room rules and make sure the pupils stick to it
**Keep children motivated to learn in your class by setting an exciting classroom environment
**Allow all children to get involved with the class, for example do group work

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
2 Years
Type of Staff:
Male or Female can apply to this job
Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Additional:
**Your degree should ideally be in line with your teaching subject
**Singles or teaching couples preferred with no children

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 800 up to 1000  BHD (Bahraini Dinar) per month based on experience and qualification, 1% Tax is applied
