Our client is now recruiting an ambitious and personable teacher for the role as an Early Years teacher. The successful candidates have to meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Early Childhood
• Teaching qualification (PGCE/ PGDE/ QTS/ GDT/ Teaching License)
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Early Years
• Reggio Emilia or PYP experience is essential
• International experience is advantageous
This is a fully authorised International Baccalaureate (IB) world school which offers Primary Years Programmes (PYP) for students from kindergarten to Year 6. The school has approximately 500 students made up of 30% expatriate students and 70% non-expatriate students. The school has about 50 teaching staff in the school. All the teachers are fully qualified, experienced and either English native speaker or western trained.
The school is within an exclusive residential area and the campus is fully equipped such as air conditioned classrooms, library, computer lab, science lab, art room, music room, dance room, auditorium, basketball room, running tracks, medical room, indoor and outdoor playground.

**Strong ability to measure the essential elements of the Reggio Emilia using a range of assessment strategies
**Understand different approaches to different level students
**Actively engaged in curriculum development
**Strong ability to manage students’ behaviour in class
**Maintain health and safety of all students during all activities
**Supervise and assist all students to reach their level
**Communicate effectively with parents and make sure they aware of their child learning development
