Business Studies Job Description
**Be able to teach Business Studies up to A level standard
**Experience of teaching Business Studies at IB level teacher
**Differentiate teaching activities to meet the needs of your learners
**Be able to able plan trips to help students understand Business Studies in the real life situations
**Use up to date assessment strategies and provide on-going feedback to students so they know how to raise their performance
**Get involved with whole school activities
**Attend parent’s evenings and give feedback to students and parents of their progress
**Set attainable homework that is measurable and provide feedback on this also
**Be a good team player and role model
**Have good classroom management skills
**Support under-performing students raise their standards
**Report to the Head of Business Studies or Economics and the Head of Secondary
**Be able to meet deadlines and targets
