The school delivers the national curriculum of England and Wales. The school is an all-girls school situated in Riffa. The school was built just over two years ago by the government. The initial idea was to ensure all children in the local area have options of which curriculum they would like to study. Since the opening of the school the has been a influx of children wanting to learn about the curriculum which has made government produce more school deliver this curriculum. The inside of the school is very modern with colourful surroundings. The outside of the building is still very new so is very welcoming and spacious.
Currently at the school there are over 1400 students made up of local and expatriate students. In average the school receives a total of 500 applications per year so it is very competitive for the students to attend the school. The school is considered one of the top schools in the area and still slowly moving up in ranks. This is thanks to the amazing management and support teams. The teachers also play a big part in the reputation of the school. The majority of the teachers on the campus are English or have experience if working with the English curriculum.

Your duties will include:
**Being able to differentiate the students’ abilities and work with individual students to improve
**Use different teaching styles to vary the classroom atmosphere such as group work; this will motivate students as they will be able to work friends
**Always set home and coursework. Ensure you are marking these and assessing the development they have made
**Motivate your students to learn in your classroom, use engaging lessons such as videos to get all the pupils attention
**Make sure that all students behaviour in monitored
**Make sure the noise in the classroom is not out of control
**Able to plan a good lesson that clearly states the objectives you would like the students to achieve

Minimum Application Requirements
Minimum Qualification Requirement:
M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Type of Staff:
Only Female can apply to this job
Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
**Your degree should ideally be Economics/Business Studies
**Singles or teaching couples preferred with no children
A salary from 800 up to 1500
BHD (Bahraini Dinar) per month
based on experience and qualification,
1 % Tax is applied
Housing allownce of 450
BHD (Bahraini Dinar) provided
State/Public medical provided
Flight(s) provided flights need to be paid for by the employee and reimbursed upon arrival
Settling in Allowance:
Settling in Allowance of 150
BHD (Bahraini Dinar) is provided
Bereavement leave given
Emergency evacuation given
Gratuity Amount of 2 weeks for every year complete, after 3 years of service 1 month is provided is provided
Tuition fees covered for children:
30 % discount is offered for child 1
