Hiring Middle/ High School Science Teachers for Public Schools in UAE.
Abu Dhabi is home to international and local private schools. All schools in the emirate are under the authority of the Abu Dhabi Education Council. ADEC covers about 300 government schools in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. This organization oversees and administers public schools and licenses and inspects private schools.
Job Responsibilities-
• Knowledgeable of effective teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, standards based instruction, and strong content knowledge
• Develop lesson plans and teaching outlines using adopted course by study and instructional program guidelines.
• Teach using various methodologies, including lectures, demonstrations, Discussions and laboratory experiences.
• Creates class curriculum and syllabus that is appropriate for grade or class being taught
• Ensure students are assisted in developing personally and professionally
• Provide students with the necessary resources and materials to help them understand.
Minimum Teacher Requirements are -
· Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, B.Ed., PGCE, ACE or equivalent.
· MUST be western trained from a recognized university
· MUST be a native speaker of English
· Teaching license from home country
· Able to use technology in the classroom
· Able to adjust to the teaching and cultural customs in the UAE.
