We at SeekTeachers are seeking experienced and flexible female KG teachers for our client in UAE.
The schools are based out in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah with over 9200 students currently registered together.  
They use an American based high school diploma model for students to earn their high school diploma in all their campuses. All their campuses are authorized as International Baccalaureate. The campuses prepare students to compete in an international marketplace where academic content is important but it is not enough.
 
If you have
 
·         Degree in Early Childcare with 2 years’ experience
·         Native English speaker.
·         Flexible to adapt into new culture 
  
The schools offer:-
 
·         Contract is for 2 years with a TAX FREE Salary from $ 3295 - $ 4268 per month
·         Free Furnished accommodation and utility allowance up to $ 136 per           month
·         Free Visa, Annual flight tickets and International Health Insurance
·         Transportation from the school sponsored accommodation To and                  From work
·         Free Tuition up to 2 children in our client’s schools
·         Extendable contract and end of service Gratuity.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:-
 
·         Kindergarten teachers are responsible for leading students through             creative play and hands-on activities.
·         They must serve as educator, surrogate parent and psychologist in               order to mold students who are well-adjusted and eager to learn.
·         They must plan lessons according to the state curriculum and assess students, tailoring their lessons according to the different abilities of children in the classroom.
·         Kindergarten teachers grade papers and conduct parent-teacher conferences as well. They may also sponsor after-school clubs or sports teams.  
·         They participate in workshops and seminars that help to strengthen their arsenal of teaching methods.
·         Should instruct children on basic mathematical concepts.
·         Math, reading, creative play and writing should be included in their classroom planning.
