A private international school in Cairo is recruiting for an Early Years Learning Support to join their strong team in August 2017. 
 
This international school follows the British curriculum and is an accredited member of Council of International Schools (CIS) and also full member of the European Council of International Schools (ECIS). The school also offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and a member of the IBO (International Baccalaureate Organisation.

- To identity children with additional needs as early as possible
- To ensure learning opportunities are focused on the needs of the whole child, centered on being able to meet the needs of all individuals 
- To promote an atmosphere of encouragement, acceptance and respect for achievements, in which all children can thrive 
- To develop sensitivity to individual needs and a climate of warmth and support in which self-confidence and self-esteem can grow
- To adopt positive and consistent strategies to help children with behavioural and/or emotional problems
- To inform parents of the needs and progress of their child and to work in partnership with them 
- To take into account the wishes of the child according to their age and understanding

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
2 Years

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 17,000 up to 21,000  GBP (British Pound) per annum based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
Housing allowance of 5,000 EGP  GBP (British Pound) provided

State/Public medical provided
Flights:
Flight(s) provided Annual
