Teach abroad | Librarian position in France | APPY NOW!

This established IB school ideally located on the French Riviera is looking for a qualified and experienced Librarian to join the team in January.

The school welcomes around 400 students and has a teaching staff mainly coming from the UK,Ireland and France. 

The candidate must have:

- Degree in Library Studies or Information Management Systems or equivalent
- Ideally 2 years experience as a Librarian or Teacher Librarian
- Must be a western trained Librarian
- Native speaker of English
- To develop and implement a library policy which reflects the educational aims and objectives of the whole school 
- To plan and oversee programme for monitoring and evaluating library services and performance
- To plan and monitor the delivery of an information skills programme throughout the school 
- To assist with the behaviour managements of students 
- To promote the library and its resources both within the library and the whole school
- To select, acquire, organise and maintain library resources to cover the full school community
- To be committed on ongoing professional development

  • Up 2,500 euros per month
