International teaching job in Nigeria
The school was opened in 2003 by the Nigerian government. The school has a very nice fell to it on arrival and you can tell it is a friendly environment. The building is still very new and since opening has been decorated to ensure it is exciting for the students. The inside of the school has the same effect where it is very colourful and productive for the students.

The school has currently got a total of 510 students on roll. There is a total of 430 students in the primary section and 70 in the secondary. The secondary department was opened just under 4 years ago so that the school could accommodate for children up to the age of 16. All teachers have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within a school environment. Qualification needed by all teachers is a Degree in D&T or equivalent with a PGCE in D&T.
 
All teachers should be able to:
***You the facilities in the classroom to better your teaching and ensure that the needs of the children are met
***Use different way to formatively asses your students and ensure they are heading towards their targeted grade
***You should ensure that the students are aware of the schools rules and policies and ensure they are sticking
***You should build rapports with all parents and students
***Able to adapt to new surroundings quickly
***You should ensure you are always professional and providing children with a good role model
***Strength in Art and Design, Product Design, Resistant Materials woudl be beneficial

Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary up to 26,000  GBP (British Pound)  based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
