A prestigious international school based in Cairo is now seeking for a KS1 teacher to join their school ASAP. The school currently has 1,400 students aged between 3-18 year old with 90% local Egyptian students. The remaining 10% students are expatriates coming from UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
Job specifications:
**Plan lessons and coursework in accordance with the primary syllabus
**Ensure teaching resources are up-to-date
**Assess student learning development and ensure the school and parents are aware of it
**Set challenging tasks for students according to their abilities
**Listen to students, advise them and give positive directions
**Supervise students in all activities within the school or field trips
**Be a role model and set a good example to student
**Carry out any other reasonable duties given by the head
The prestigious school has a good academic reputations and history over 10 years. It is situated in the suburb of Cairo with a safe and quiet environment. The school provides educational service for students from foundation years to UK Key Stage 5 or International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). The school is run by a large organisation and you will have plenty of opportunities when you join them. There are over 100 school staff with a large 80% expatriate staff and 20% non-expatriates.
