We are URGENTLY seeking for a professional and responsible Primary School Principal to join our well-established client in based in Beijing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, the implementation of the organisation, and daily management of the school.
This private international school is situated at the centre of Beijing city with a modern campus. The school has a fun and family friendly environment, and currently catering for 300 students with majority Chinese national students and about 10% expatriate students.
The facilities in the campus are well-equipped, such as climate controlled classrooms, library, computer room, music room, art room, soft toy playroom, sleeping room, indoor and outdoor playgrounds.
There are approximately 40 staff in the school consist of 70% expatriate teachers and 30% non-expatriate teachers. The work week consists of 30-35 hours 5 days a week and teachers normally get about 4 weeks holiday per annum.
Job description:
*To run and manage the school according to the organisation policies and government regulations
*To maximise the economic efficiency through improving the teaching and service level of the kindergarten education and marketing the brand visibility of kindergarten
*To analyse market and make the plan to enhance the school reputation
*Oversees all recruitment processes and needs and ultimately be the decision maker
*Implement plan and solution to promote the high quality of education in the kindergarten
*Identify, plan, implement and find solutions to promote the quality and awareness of education in the kindergarten and the community
*Lead, guide, coach and inspire staff to work consistently at the high level to best meet the students’ needs
*Organise, conduct and assess staff’s professional development and in-house staff training
*Communicate with parents, community and government sector to promote the school educational ethos in order to create the best quality of learning and environment for students
*To increase parental engagement in the kindergarten
*Chair parents’ meetings and discuss with parents of the school direction and plans for each semester
*Work closely with the admin and account team, as well as supervise and inspect budgets, human resource, policies and practises in order to maximise the school potential to be an efficient and well run organisation
*To ensure the facilities and equipment in the kindergarten are well maintained.

The Great Wall, Forbidden City, Olympics Bird's Nest and Olympics Aqua Stadium are the famous attractions. The Chinese said "Who has never been to the Great Wall is not a real man".
