Job Description:
**support the Principal and Vice Principals in the monitoring of the quality of teaching.
**lead on, and deliver, innovative initiatives to maintain good or better teaching and learning within the school
**evaluate the standards of teaching and learning in the school
**ensure every individual child has access to high quality teaching and learning
**To lead and motivate others and generate effective working relationships at all levels;
**To maximise the contribution of staff to improve the quality of education provided and standards achieved
Job Requirements:
**Master Degree in Education Management from Western University
**PGCE or QTS is a MUST.
**Minimum of 3 years experience
**Native english speaker
**Experience in the UK curriculum
This is a 2 year contract so I am looking for someone that will complete 2 years.
