Description

An established British international school in Cairo is URGENTLY recruiting for a Computer Science teacher to join them in August 2016. 
 
An ideal candidate should have the following:
 
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant subject
- Teaching qualification such as PGCE/Teaching License/Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- English native speaker
- Good understanding of the UK National curriculum 
- Available to start immediately
 
This international school is established more than 10 years and delivers the British curriculum and IBDP. The whole school has over 1,400 students aged between 3 to 18 with over 40 different nationalities. All the teaching staff in the school are qualified teachers coming from UK, Ireland, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 20,000 up to 27,000  GBP (British Pound) per annum based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
Housing allowance of 5,000 EGP  GBP (British Pound) provided
Medical:
State/Public medical provided
Flights:
Flight(s) provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:

Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
