Our client is an established private international school located in Cairo. This is an international school adopts the the British curriculum to students from Early Years to Key Stage 4 and offer A Level and IBDP programme to students in 6th form.
 
The school is currently seeking for an experience Chemistry teacher to join them in August 2016. An ideal candidate should have the following:
 
**Bachelor degree in Chemistry or relevant subject
**Teaching qualification such as PGCE/QTS/Teaching Diploma
**Minimum of 3 years teaching experience
**IBDP/A Level teaching experience is beneficial
**Native English speaker
**Flexible to adapt into new culture

Job specifications:
**Ensure all classes are taught according to the curriculum and examination syllabus
**Liaise closely with the Head of Department on all matters relating to Chemistry 
**Ensure marking, assessment techniques and records keeping are carried out in accordance with the school policies
**Participate in all professional development activities
**Review methods of teaching from time to time
**Carry out any other reasonable duties given by the Head
**Register student’s attendances
**Establishes a positive relationship with parents of the students
**Participate and organise school activities and trips

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 20,000 up to 27,000  GBP (British Pound) per annum based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4,000 EGP  GBP (British Pound) provided
