SeekTeachers is recruiting for an International HR Manager on behalf of our client to start immediately. This position is permanent and based in Beijing, China.
Job descriptions:
**Ability to develop effective working interpersonal working relationship with all levels of staff
**Recruit and support international staff to the organisation
**Responsible for developments and maintenance of a healthy and effective human resource and administration management system to support international staff needs
**Liaise with programs staff to ensure the effective communication, recruitment, development and coordination of staff within the organisation's environment
**Provide strategic leadership for the organisation to ensure recruitment goals and objectives on all international HR matters, both at Head Office and in the field
**Oversee Human Resource and Administration Service in China for international staff providing: payroll and benefit, meet the organisation needs, on-boarding and other induction services, including visa, medical check and apartment support
**Flexible to the demands of working in an international environment
Minimum requirements:
**Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource or relevant subject
**Minimum 5 years in Human Resource, ideally in Education sector
**2-3 years leadership experience is beneficial
**English native speaker
**HR experience in China is preferred but not essential
**Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively in order to meet deadlines
**Able to adjust and set new directions in response to change its environment
Salary package:
**Salary ranging from 22,000RMB to 27,000RMB
