Cache Trainer/Team Leader
Our client located in Abu Dhabi is a leading education establishment for the early childhood sector. It is the FIRST organisation in the UAE to be fully authorised to deliver Cache training.
We are now seeking a strong female Cache trainer to deliver to upcoming teachers. You will work closely with all trainers to provided quality cache training to our client who has training centres in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other locations in the GCC region. This is an exciting and evolving role that will allow you to progress your career.
You will be responsible for the quality assurance and coordination of CACHE training between trainers and assessors to ensure there is a high quality of teaching and learning being done at all times.
Requirements to apply:
**A salary up to 12,000 AED per month TAX FREE

Our client has support from the ministry of education and should this training be successful, the role is likely to evolve further as my client will look to role this out to more centres in the GCC.
Requirements to apply:
**Degree in Early Years
**Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering Cache training, minimum of 2 years required as IQA
**Experience of using online CACHE management software such as laser is highly beneficial
**MUST be a native speaker of English
**Ability to speak Arabic is beneficial but not essential
**MUST be western trained
**Experience of training non-native speakers is beneficial

**Has IT skills and is able to use software such as laser learning, PowerPoint, and other

You may be required to drive around the 7 Emiratis including Saudi and other parts of the GCC. Support will be provided for you
