SeekTeachers is recruiting for a high school Business Studies teacher on behalf of our client in China. This position is permanent and based in Beijing, the capital city of China.
This is one of the popular private international schools in the city and was established in 1990s. The school is located in an exclusive residential area, it provides a safe and stress-free environment for students. This school offers AP curriculum to students of all nationalities.
The school has approximately 600 students, 80% of international students and 20% of local students ages 3 - 18 from kindergarten to Grade 12. There are about 50 teaching staffs in the school, 70% of international teacher and 30% of local teacher. All of teachers in the school are experienced and professional, some of them are English native speaker with western-trained.
The school has a very large campus with modern and well equipped facilities including climate controlled classrooms, Wi-Fi access within the campus, interactive whiteboards, ICT labs, science labs, libraries, gymnasium, athletic running track and cafeteria.
The teaching hour consists 35-40 a week and about 40 holidays per annum with excellent salary package.
Requirements to apply:
- Bachelor degree in Business Studies or relevant subject
- Teaching qualification
- 2 years teaching experience in Social Studies
- Native English speaker
- Flexible to adapt into new culture
- Experience in teaching AP curriculum is beneficial
