Description

Our client is a large educational organisation in Asia and this particular campus is specialising in educating Kindergarten and Primary students.
 
This is a fully authorised IB world school offers Primary Years Programme (PYP) and caters for children from 2 to 11 year old. The school has a purpose built modern campus which located in the heart of the city facilitated with a large library and information resource centre, performing arts classroom, gymnasium, climate-controlled classrooms and outdoor playing area.
 
The whole school has just over 200 students comprised of 40% expatriates and 60% non-expatriates.   There are also approximately 30 teaching staff in the school mixed 80% expatriates and 20% non-expatriates.

- Bachelor degree or above in Education (Primary) or relevant subject
- Teaching qualification (PGCE/ PGDE/ QTS/ GDT/ Teaching License)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- PYP experience is beneficial
- International experience is beneficial

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 18,000 up to 23,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4,000RMB  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Medical:
State/Public medical provided
Flights:
10,000RMB  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) Allowance is provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:
Emergency evacuation given
Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
