Description

An American international school in Cairo is currently looking for a Kindergarten teacher to join them in September. This is a good opportunity for candidate who wishes to teach and start their new adventure in the historical Cairo.
 
This is an international school located in New Cairo delivering the American curriculum to students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. The school has approximately 500 students at present with over 15 different nationalities.
 
The school has a modern and purpose built campus located in New Cairo, within a large expat community. The facilities are ranging from fully-equipped Science labs, computer labs, junior and senior school playground, art rooms, music room, clinic, libraries, Learning Support Centre and canteen. The classrooms are equipped with air-conditioned and smartboards which allow in-class projects and demonstrations and integrate multimedia into teaching.
 
To apply for the position, you will need to have degree in Early Childhood Education plus 2 years teaching experience, an English native speaker and good understanding of the American Kindergarten curriculum.
 
The school offers an attractive salary package includes salary starting from 22,000USD p.a, housing allowance, medical insurance, working visa, settle-in allowance, flight allowance and annual bonus depending on work performance.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 22,000 up to 32,000  USD (U.S. Dollar) per annum based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4,000 EGP  USD (U.S. Dollar) provided

State/Public medical provided
