Grade 3 Teachers needed in China | Attractive salary plus benefits | IB School 
 
Our client is seeking positive and energetic Grade 3 teacher to join the team based in Suzhou, China.  The school follows International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum for students from Grade 1 – 12.
 
This private school has a large purpose built campus and equipped with excellent facilities include smart boards, libraries, science labs, ICT labs, art & design studio, music studio, auditorium, gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts,  400m athletic tracks, cafeteria, medical centre, dental care and on-site dormitory.
 
The school has over 1,000 students with approximately 30% expatriate students.  There are 150 teaching staff in the school comprised of 60% expatriate teachers and 40% non-expatriate teachers.  Continuing professional development is provided to ensure staff success and promotion of high quality knowledge.
 
The school is a fully authorised IB world school and various resources are available to assist students’ success, regardless their age or ability.  Extensive extra-curricular programmes are offered to help students build an integrated approach to learning to guarantee students are prepare to play their part in society and pursuing higher level learning.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 18,000 up to 23,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4000RMB  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Medical:
State/Public medical provided
Flights:
10,000RMB  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) Allowance is provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:
Emergency evacuation given
Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
