Our client is small but beautiful nursery in the financial district of Qatar and is looking for a strong Room Leader that is able to start ASAP or January 2015. The client is well established and at capacity and recruits western EYFS and Cache L3 and L4 teachers.
We are looking for a Leader that wants to progress their career and work directly with the Nursery Director in the capacity of a Manager. As the nursery is small, a STRONG Room Leader that wants to take the next step up will be suitable. However, we are looking for someone to be flexible in adjusting to the working climate in Qatar and also be able to take initiative to be able to meet targets.
You will work closely with the Director of the Nursery to be able to deal with:
Parents
Review handbooks
Assist and create policies and procedures
Show parents around
Manage other nursery teachers
Promote the nursery by newsletter, facebook, twitter and emails
Be involved with new nursery initiatives
Observe lessons
The nursery will pay as follows;
Up to 12,000 QR per month TAX FREE

Gratuity as per Qatar labour law
A 2 year contract that can be renewed
